Another form of risk management. Broker reviews your transactions, ensuring accuracy of contracts and forms.
Per transaction, and caps at $500
*Again, but in other words! After an agent-caps, they go to 100% and only pay $250 per transaction. If an agent pays in $5000 in transaction fees after capping, they will move to a $75 per transaction fee for the remainder of the anniversary year.
Risk Management = Errors & Omissions. When an agent has applied $500 in risk management fees, the agent will no longer pay this fee for the remainder of the anniversary year.
